Two ways I work with parents and caregivers. They are separate services, not tiers of one package, and you do not need to choose before we talk — I ask what is happening first and we decide together where the support belongs.
Parent Coaching
You don’t need a diagnosis to feel like things at home are hard. If you’re dealing with challenging behavior, communication struggles, or routines that just aren’t working, parent coaching gives you practical strategies grounded in the science of behavior — no paperwork required. We work together on what’s actually happening in your home, build on what’s already working, and create a plan that fits your family.

Sessions are 60 minutes and take place over secure video. No diagnosis, referral, or insurance required.
Parent Training
For families who have a diagnosis in hand and want structured individualized caregiver training. Sessions are billed under CPT code 97156. You pay directly and receive a detailed superbill each month for potential insurance reimbursement.

Email support between sessions
Sessions are 60 minutes and take place over secure video. Autism diagnosis must be on file before services begin. Reimbursement is never guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.
What I do not do
I do not diagnose. I do not provide direct one-to-one therapy hours for your child. I do not replace your child’s existing team. If you need those things, I will tell you on the first call and help you figure out where to look.
